Your Company
The delegates complete a quiz on key Company information to assess their knowledge of the Company goals and objectives. We also work with the Client to provide material on the strategic direction of the Company.
Business Plan
Using a case study we get the delegates to produce their own business plans, looking at operational impacts, financial implications and pros and cons.
Analysis Models
We discuss some of the models used to analyse a problem, such as PEST.
The Newspaper
This is a practical team exercise where the delegates can utilise PEST to solve a business problem.
Feedback
Final wrap up and feedback to the group.
