The Work Plan
Each delegate completes a weekly work plan to identify common tasks & roles and responsibilities. They will then categorise each task and finally look to identify where productive time can be gained.
Estimating
We offer practical advice on how to estimate workload effectively to ensure that timescales being set are realistic and achievable.
The Workspace
We look at effective use of lists, filing, desk space and technology to act as an aid to time management
Prioritisation
The delegates undertake a practical case study to assess their ability to prioritise, whilst under time constraints.
Problem Areas
We explore the common mistakes made when planning our time and give the delegates the opportunity to devise their own strategies for dealing with them.
Project Work
We provide useful advice and tips on how to support an operational role and be part of a project team.
Feedback
Final wrap up and feedback to the group.
