Our Training Programmes typically consist of four or six training modules over a twelve month period. A number of the modules will be mandatory and a minimum of two modules will be elective. Our aim is to create an environment of continual growth and development so we focus very much on enthusing people to want to learn. As a result our 'I need to Learn' module is offered free of charge to clients who adopt our programmes. This is an excellent scene setting module for anyone embarking on intensive training.
