SME Seminar at the NEC

Matthews Craig Consulting  was once again invited to join other members of the MCUG (Mobile Computer User Group) to offer free advice to customers looking to choose Work Management and Field Mobility solutions for their Business.

Paul Brownridge - Director MCC provided some key insights particularly the lack of a product package solution in the market, to satisfy an end to end need.  This was summed up very neatly by one small company (circa 15 engineers), “We came here looking to move our Business forward, but ended up utterly confused!”. – thankfully we were on hand to offer both technical and practical advice on how to proceed.

Business Analysis

Matthews Craig Consulting has recently been linked with a major financial services organisation offering advice and support on setting up a new Business Analysis function. The consultancy offered ranged from devising and conducting a skills assessment framework, putting in place a new team structure and overhauling the existing recruitment process to attract the right skills. This work subsequently led to Matthews Craig successfully tendering for the Business Analysis Development Programme for 2008.
